Good Night Yoga Description
This hour long class is perfect for any age or level student.
The class will always incorporate asana flow postures with gentle movement sequences, yogic breath work (pranayama), supported restorative postures, meditation, and guided relaxation. Each session will be structured to support increased mindfulness and quieting of the nervous system to fully relax the muscles, slow down the mental activity of the brain, shift emotional patterns, bring ease to the breath, and tune into the nervous system’s healing capacity.
As with all my classes there will be an assist marker for you to designate whether you want to receive optional assists and aroma components. You are welcome to opt in and out of assists and aromas using the assist marker throughout the session.
