Certifikovaná učitelka Yoga Alliance RYT-200® Jógu studovala a cvičila několik let s předními učiteli v Jižní a Severní Americe, Indii a v Evropě. Po několikaleté profesní kariéře, se v roce 2005 poprvé seznámila s jógou v hlavním jógovém centru “Yogashala” v Karakasu a zamilovala si ji iakmile pocítila přínos jak po fyzické tak i po stránce psychické. Od té doby je józe oddaná každodenní praxí. Účastnila se seminářů renomovaných učitelů různých druhů jógy, včetně Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, Jivamukti and Dharma Mittra a dalších. Charakteristické je pro ni jemné a přesné vedení do pozic, vede k vědomému provádění asán a dýchání a umožňuje tak užít si a procítit účinky a benefity cvičení.

Certified Teacher Yoga Alliance RYT-200® Studied and practiced Yoga for several years with leading teachers in South and North America, India and Europe. After several years of professional career, she was first introduced to Yoga in 2005 at the main center of Yoga “Yogashala” in Caracas and she felt in love with it once feeling the positive physical and psychological benefits of the practice. Since then she is being committed to her daily practice. She has attended several workshops with renowned teachers of different styles of yoga, including Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow, Jivamukti and Dharma Mittra, among others. She is characterized by guiding individuals into the postures in a gentle and detailed way, leading them to consciously perform the asanas and the breathing and allowing them to enjoy and feel the effects and benefits of the practice.
