You will be guided into a proper Vinyasa practice, starting with an ppropriate breathing and working the flow slowly to develop strength and mindfulness into the movements and postures of the practice (The adhana). Based in alignment and as we move forward, we will learning to enter arm balances and inverted postures in an enjoyable, fun and a safe manner. We will be also learning some of the most useful Pranayama (breathing techniques).
