Kateřina se věnuje józe od roku 2000. Na začátku všeho byla silná fyzické praxe, která pozvolna přešla k meditačním technikám a své oblíbené vinyase, kde pohyb vede dech. Její lásku jste s ní již dříve mohli sdílet u nás na lekcích a také na Malostranské střeše. Nyní je opět zpět v plné formě.

Student of yoga since 2000, I have moved from strong physical practice into meditation techniques and have found my sweet spot in vinyasa where breath leads the movement.
I started as an alignment based vinyasa flow teacher and like to teach a well-balanced class – one that is relaxed but at the same presents some challenge to those who feel up to it. I am mindful of guiding principles of yoga philosophy including sutras during my practice and classes. I wish that my students feel grounded and with a sense of wellbeing when leaving my class.
Recently I have experienced FluidUs 300h YTT with Carlos Tao. FluidUs is a system of movement and touch that relies on the inherent wisdom of the living anatomy and psychology of the body to understand and conceptualize the intelligence of our form in a way that deepens the possibility of an extremely profound experience of the discovery of the self while maximizing a sense of stability, fluidity, wellbeing and safety even in difficult shapes and patterns.
FluidUs is influenced and informed by research and study of neurology, fascia, lymphatic and vascular fluid flow, psychology, embryology, evolutionary biology, physics, human development, evolution of consciousness, mythology and philosophy. The main point of FluidUs is to connect to onces body and practice yoga from within with a deep connection to our own breath and bodies.
