Yin Yoga Teacher Training Level 1

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga practice has transformative effects on body and mind. The gentle but consistent stimulation of the connective tissue encourages long-term health and flexibility of the joints, recharges the energetic system of the body and naturally draws the mind inward into a relaxed, meditative state. It also prepares the body and mind for longer meditation practices.

Yin Yoga will be practice 3 to 4 hours everyday (including meditation/Pranayama practice).

This Training is designed for teachers and dedicated practitioners with at least 2 years of yoga experience. Prior experience in Yin Yoga is not required, but you need a keen interest in the following subjects: Anatomy, Qi Theory, Philosophy and Meditation. We will also introduce the participants to some Yang Taoist movements.You do not have to become or be a Yoga teacher to follow this training but a spirit to learn and a dedication to deepen your practice are required. Our Yin Yoga Teacher Training is overlaps Yogic, Taoist and Buddhist concepts to contemplate and interpret the essential messages of those different traditions.

From the gross to the subtle we believe in cultivating an awareness of all the different aspect of the individual, combining body/mind perception as a practice to positively affect, modify, and transform one’s health and consciousness.

100 hours : Normal price 1450 Euros –  Early bird  1300 Euros

50 hours : Normal price 750 Euros – Early bird  700 Euros

(Early bird end 13th of May 2016)

Note priority will be given to Yogis registering for the 100 hours but according to space we will also take registration for either level 1 or 2 only.

Level 1 date : 13th to the 20th of August 2016

Level 2 date : 22nd to the 29th of August 2016

Cancellation/ Refund Policy  
6 months prior to the start of the training: Full refund less 45 Euros Cancellation Fee 3 months prior to the start of the training: 90 Euros Cancellation Fee 2 months prior to the start of the training: 225 Euros Cancellation Fee 1   month prior to the start of the training: 360 Euros Cancellation Fee  
There will not be any refund from two weeks before the training but the fee can be transferred towards another With Yin Yoga training within a year from the  cancellation date. 
All payments and refunds will be made in the form of wire transfer less all bank charges borne by the participant.
